Soo is a Gold level accredited guide with a passion for the outdoors and the history of Guernsey. She can offer a wide range of tours across the island, often using human interest stories and personal accounts to make her tours “come to life”, along with historical photographs, videos and memorabilia.

The Vale Trail – a fascinating ramble around Vale, including Vale Castle and the Dehus Dolmen

Vazon Coastal Tour - this coastal walk includes not only a beautiful scenic walk, but some amazing stories of history and folklore and a visit to Fort Hommet and the Shrine of the Sacred Heart.

Oh My Gache! – a “foodie” tour of St Peter Port

Occupation Heroes - an Occupation themed tour of St Peter Port, with an emphasis on the heroic and life-changing actions of everyday people.

Spooky Tour of St Peter Port - hear tales of ghosts, witches, demons, torture and local folklore as you are led around some of St Peter Port's most haunted and eerie areas.

Pembroke Prehistoric Coastal Walk - a walk along the north coast, dicovering Neolithic passage graves, forts and towers and learning about the history and Folklore of the area.

Pleinmont Coastal Walk – an energetic ramble around the coast and back through some beautiful National Trust woodland with some Napoleonic and WW2 fortifications along the way.

Hermlore - a fascinating tour of Herm, which focuses on the island's folklore and ghosts.

Beaucette Coastal Walk - A stunning, circular coastal walk from Beaucette Marina, which includes stops at Fort Doyle, Fort Le Marchant and WW2 fortifications. Hear stories of how a quarry became a marina, how Guernsey’s own “Annie Oakley” made her mark in the shooting arena and visit the spot where the Devil himself made a lasting impression.

St Saviour’s Reservoir Walk - Following the beautiful Millennium Walk nature trail around the reservoir, you will hear about how a small farming village was flooded to make way for the reservoir, how the dam was built and discover some of the remains of the village. Along the way you will get to enjoy the beautiful flora and fauna of the area.

L’Eree Coastal Walk - Following the coastal path on Guernsey’s west coast, you will discover WW2 fortifications, a Napoleonic battery, hear about shipwrecks, fairies, witches and the mysterious monks that once inhabited Lihou Island. An extended version to include a visit to Lihou is also available on request.

Jerbourg Coastal Walk - This walk takes you out on the south cliffs from Jerbourg to Petit Bot and around some of the areas small lanes. Along the way you’ll hear stories about the area during WW2, tales of folklore and literary connections and how the area has changed over the years. This walk is quite strenuous in parts with the focus being mainly the walk and views, with a few anecdotal stories.

Tantalising Tales of St Peter Port - This 1.5 hour tour take your around St Peter Port, during which time you will learn about the Occupation, the harbour, Castle Cornet, the Town Church, the markets and so much more. The history of the area is brought to life with stories, photos and props.
