I am a retired teacher of French and German, with a passion for the history and culture of our beautiful island of Guernsey.  On my tours history will be brought to life with stories and anecdotes, sharing our unique culture through tales, images and experiences.

Tour 1  - Round the island coach tour

A 4 hour round the island coach tour, as well as taking in the breathtaking views from the south cliffs, historical manor houses and ancient farmhouses, the fascinating little chapel, country lanes, goats and cows, hedge veg and witches steps, the glorious beaches of the west coast and the secrets of the menhirs and dolmens in the north; you will learn about the history of Guernsey and get a taste of our unique culture.

Walk 2 - Town walk

A guided 1.5 hour walk through the fascinating town of St Peter Port, finding out how Guernsey learnt to reinvent itself and become what it is today.  Hear about the origins of St Peter Port and how it has changed over the years.  See and experience what life was like in the past and what it is like now.  See the main historical sites and monuments of the town.

Walk 3 - Castle Cornet

A one hour Guided tour of Castle Cornet learning about the history of this great monument.
